STATEMENT REGARDING DATA PROCESSING FOR PURPOSE OF PROVIDING VPN FUNCTIONALITY (VPN STATEMENT)

Statement Regarding Data Processing For Purpose Of Providing Virtual Private Network (hereafter "VPN") Functionality ("Statement") relates to Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection for Windows (hereinafter "Software").

All terms used in this Statement have the same meaning defined in the End User License Agreement (EULA) under the paragraph "Definitions".

Please carefully read the terms of this Statement, as well as all documents referred to in this Statement, before accepting it. If the Software is used within a legal entity or on the Computer used by several individuals, You must ensure that they have understood and accepted the conditions of the Statement before data processing begins.

For the fulfillment of obligations under the License Agreement and providing VPN functionality of the Software, the Rightholder need to receive and process information which is described at https://help.kaspersky.com in the respective Software's "Data provision" section.

The Rightholder is not responsible for any delays in, failures of, and access denial to the Third-Party services which may be caused by Your Internet or mobile service provider.

If You decide not to provide the information necessary to provide the VPN functionality, You should discontinue installation of the VPN functionality and/or remove the VPN functionality.
